Ipecs From Lg Voip

HI..
i have the Ipecs pbx software running on my android phone..

It connect frine using BT Business Broadband at work
but willnot connect to the PBX when you BT home broadband from my home address
i have bt inifinity and it is running at full speed..

i am running bt hub  at home and smart hub 6 at work

i saw a post from a while ago about someone else having this problem and they had a fix applied to the home hub and it sorted the problem..

Hi @nwpmikey sorry you are not able to get the voip service to work when you are at home. Please can you confirm which BT Hub you have at home.

I have a hub 5 type b at home, and smart hub 6 at work.
