Ipod Touch

I cannot connect to BTopenzone or btFon.

I type username and password (i'm sure they are ok) and i keep going back again and again to the login page.

I don't know what to do, i tried everything, this does not work:  http://bt.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/bt.cfg/php/enduser/cci/bt_adp.php?p_sid=uQVN32Lj&cat_lvl1=346&cat_lvl...

Re: Ipod Touch

Posted Sunday and no Mods have replied yet hmmmm

Possibly an issue with the hotspot, where you at an official hotspot i.e Starbucks, Cafe Nero ect...or private residence, make sure your login details are correct.

Hi Borderline

Have you checked the status of your BT Fon account.

Try the link below to see if the account is active.

Cheers

Re: Ipod Touch

Hello,

I have the exact same issue. I have checked my BT Fon status and it is active.

Wifi works perfectly fine when I am at home but not when I am in an Openzone area.

Can anyone help?

Camille.

Re: Ipod Touch

I am opted in and re-opted in again as Stormbringer said and still the same. No connection

And btw, my laptop doesn't even connect to either Fon or Openzone from the Hub either
