Is BT Yahoo email down?

All three email accounts (BT Yahoo) set up on my mobile are prompting for credentials.

BT webmail displays : 

Could Not Connect

Description: Could not connect to the requested server host.

Outlook 365 reporting sync problems, Outlook on Android keeps asking for IMAP password, iOS on iPad appears OK at the present time. Massive spike on Down Detector for Yahoo and BT Mail

Unless is has just come back, I'm not seeing an issue currently. So it might not be widespread.

Back up on all devices (Windows PC Outlook 365), Outlook for Android and iOS.
