Can't log in, if I type in the details it just refreshes the page, it doesn't log in
Is Cloud down if so couldn't you say so somewhere?

For anyone who gives a **bleep** it's because as from today, with no warning BT now need your email and not your username to log in.
Would have been nice if someone had bothered to mention the change after having logged into the cloud every day for months with the username
But then it's BT, so they are utterly useless
