i keep getting the YVM105 error on my Players. If it's a software issue I don't mind waiting for an update to fix it, but if it's a hardware bug I guess I need to get my box replaced. Does anyone know if a fauty box could cause this problem? done all the various resets and that hasn't fixed it

so are getting the error at all times or just periodically ?
Were your players working normally before if so roughly when did you start experiencing the problems.
Is the problem on each and every player ?
Do you have BT Tv Ip channels and do they play normally ?
Which Youview box are you using and what is the current (manufacture) software version ?
i ONLY get the error with netflix.
all other players work perfectly (iplayer, 4, itv).
netflix on other devices works fine (including bt db t2200 - works fine).
i don't have any iptv channels right now, but i used to and they used to work fine.
it is the 4K box, all software + players up to date (29.45.0).
i've never tried netflix before on this box because i used the app on my tv before
So this thread isn't about 'YVM105'. Its about 'I can't connect to Netflix'.
