Is it better to call to get a good contract renewal?

My contract ran out ages ago and I've just watched my bill increase since. I now realise that I need to either sign up to a new contract or find a new ISP. I looked at signing up to a new contract online which worked out at £11 cheaper than what I'm currently paying. Is that the best I can expect or if I call will I maybe get better? Also, what's the best number to call for this type of thing?

Ok thanks. I currently have BT Sport at £14 a month and entertainment plus at £13 a month. Do you (or anyone else) know if I can just have BT sport without an entertainment package? I can't remember why I got the Ent package but I vaguely remember I had to have it in order to have BT sport.

You should be able to drop entertainment if not in contract and just have sports. You should be able to negotiate with options team
