BT infinity 2. Download speeds: 75Mbs/ 65Mbs/63Mbs/60Mbs and the final kick in the teeth today 52Mbs. That is after speaking to India for the 10th time last Friday. How can there be nothing wrong.!!!!!
This is the speed drops since June 2013 when I joined BT. For the first 8 months steady 75.42Mbs down, upload 12.59Mbs, line profile77.43Mbs, I have bt wholesale print out proof, great, did expect some drop over time, but not 23Mbs. Have spoken to India 10 times but nothing they do increase my speed. I asked for my line profile to be reset to no avail. I contracted for Infinity 2 (40- 80 Mbs)
and as they stated in my paperwork expect 66.6Mbs down and 20Mbs up. Today it is 52Mbs. and the acceptable range of speeds is: 40Mbs to 54.97.
Have been posting but was advised to start my own and maybe a Mod could then help.
2 weeks ago my daughter was still receiving 74Mbs down but today she is down to 67Mb, same exchange as me, Wymondham Norfolk. Asked for another Home Hub 5b to try as mine is 5a but told nothing wrong with it, they told me line wa clear of noise.
Where do I go now?

as hh5 go to hub manager then troubleshooting then helpdesk and post 1-12
run btspeedtester and when first test completes then run diiagnostic test and post results Must be done wired nor wireless
