My IP Profile is low and trying to establish cause for redution. Yes I have disconnected recent to test line, router ect.
I think the line may be a tad noisey or prehaps profile stuck, been slow for a while.
IP profile is 2 megs! line length 1.29km
Download speed: 1.9megs up: .39

Hi you need to contactthe forum mods on this link http://bt.custhelp.com/app/contact_email/c/4951
And ask them to reset your ip profie they will contact you personally within 3/5 days by email or phone you will need 3 days stable connection first though your noise margin is ok for your line length and will give you additional leeway whenyour exchange upgrades to adsl2+
