Is there more than one version or model of BT Wholehome?

Naive question I know, I ask only because I am really struggling to solve a problem with this and am clutching at straws for possible causes.

mine show hardware version 1 model WE10443-SA.

There is only one hardware variant of BT Whole Home Wi-Fi.
