I'm not sure what happened the first time I tried to post this so I'll try again..
So, I've recently found out that my Grandmother is paying for a regular Unlimited Broadband Packge, this doesn't include her phoneline as she gets it from the local post office, she also doesn't have any other BT services except Broadband.
She pays it every 3 months, but it works out at £27 per month, this is what I think is obscene... she gets 600 kb/s download speed... 600! that is an astronomical amount of money to be paying for such a terrible connection.
The current package price (that is similar to my Grandmother's) is £16/month for a 16mb connection... so she's paying almost DOUBLE the price and getting around a 5.5mb connection speed, what the hell is up with that?
Surely this isn't normal.
