I want to raise a complaint about the way your employee called Mohamed handled my call today 23/03 at 6:04PM.
I profundly dislike the way Mohamed tried to force me to stay with BT and the way he spoken with me without explaining himself properly. Mohamed did not also explained to me the termination of my contract and he had quite an attitude in the tone of his voice. I am deeply sad to have been treated with such poor manners after almost 2 years of being a BT client.
How do you train your employees? where you recruit them?
