Issue with my VPN

Good evening,

BT has just opened my Infinity broadband, I am so happy... Smiley LOL

but my two VPN for work are not working.

My BT Web adress is disabled, I've checked it...

can anyone give me an idea to solve this issue?

Good afternoon,

i've tried many solutions coming from this forum but nothing seems to work to fix my VPN issue...

Maybe one of the BT comunity manager can help me to send me an update of the firmware?

I have a BT Home Hub 5 and a fiber broadband

I am having exactly the same VPN issue with HH5.

 

I have tried numerous restarts and all the advise listed on the forum and BT website.

 

Can you please post the solution if you find one?
