Morning All,
I get these problems from time to time, usually the resolve themselves in a couple of days but they are immensly frustrating. Plus as I choose not to use the BT Home Hub (which caused me no end of wireless drop outs, etc) the BT Staff are usually unable to help, even though I know it is not an issue with the kit in my home.
So, today I am unable to connect to any website which uses a number of different Amazon web services... For example EvE Online:

I have a work around which involves using a VPN connection in a different country but that pushing the ping times and lag up quite considerably.
Does anyone know where it is best to report these routing / backbone errors to? As the usual BT Helpdesk can't deal with anything unless you have a Home Hub Plugged in.
Have you tried using different DNS Servers?
