Hi folks
I'm having some substantial issues with an overdue reward card and cashback claim and I don't seem to be getting anywhere with the normal conventional chat and phone support.
The claim was made via the chat support on 17/02/18 but since then I've been passed pillar to post and no sign of resolution is in sight.
After lurking a bit on the forums it seems that a lot of people have had success with the assistance of a mod on these forums.
Would it be possible for a mod to contact me regarding this?
