It all started so well!

Guys, Im fed up!

2 months ago I was with Be, and never had a problem, I switched to BT to get btvision.

 

Switch over was perfect, all was well untill the past few days.

 

Numerous problems with the wireless later, it seems sorted, so... onto the next problem.

 

My throughput speed and line profile is ok, not the 19meg I had from Be, but its acceptable, bearing in mind the snr is a little hi and bt wont drop it..

Anyway, I have been having problems streaming videos and loading pages, even though the speed is acceptable.

I have reported it to India, dont have a clue what Im on about, or how to fix it, so Im currently in a queue

for the cancellation dept.

Dont know why the ping test link is broke.

 

Basically it shows ping at 230, jitter 124, packet loss 45%

Actually "It's worse than we thought Jim!" as that link shows...

 

ping at 640, jitter 920, Unable to test packet loss!

BT tech just rang, apparantly theres no fault with my service...
