Ordered new phone and contract 13 August 2019 which came with rewards card deal and JBL speaker. Rewards card sorted FAB!!! - but JBL speaker not received. Was told 13th September i would get an email to activate this???? Still nothing. I'm i to go to an email site to activate or will the speaker just materialise in the post????

New Iphone and 24 months contract taken. Phone received in few days - rewards card now sorted but JBL speaker - nowhere to be seen and I'm now not sure how i get this as it was mentioned on the promotion deal
As far as I am aware, you would receive an email code 30 days after your phone was activated, however I will as a moderator to reply, as it may be different for mobile phones.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

you say 30 days after phone was activated? I ordered 13 August for my son’s birthday. He was given the phone a month later - that mobile number has not been activated as I’m waiting for BT to transfer his old BT number to this new package deal. Does this make a difference? And once the mobile number is transferred do I wait another 30 days???

Activation would be classed as when the service started to work on the number that the phone was provided on. If you would like to send in the account information we can take a look at the account and figure out what's going on.

I called there but missed you, we've had an update back from the gift team to say that your JBL speaker has been ordered and will be dispatched from the BT shop within the next 28 days. When it's been dispatched you'll receive an email so that you can track the delivery. I'm really sorry about the delay getting this sorted and that you've had to chase this up.
