I wish BT would not include account numbers in their junk mail, I now know I have to open it to shred the page with personal details. I know it is probably their intent so people open it rather than putting it straight into recycling.
The mobile junk is particularly annoying as I did try it only to find out they used the EE network which I had to change from as they had removed the local mast "to improve customer satisfaction" no even EE's complaint department did not understand that either.
