So i've ordered my package, it said at the beginning that BT will take care of my phone line and broadband and contact Sky. But since i've ordered i have no mention of it again.
Will they really deal with that ?

Did you get an order confirmation with a reference number? If so, then don't post it here! Check with BT's on-line system to see if it's still active.
BT have a strange habit of just cancelling people's orders if they hit a problem. In many cases, they don't bother to tell the customer that the order has been cancelled.
