Since the recent up grade, my e mail Keep me signed in is not working. I tick the box but even 10 mins later have to repeat........Any advice or solutions appreciated.
I have the same problem. I tick the keep me signed in box and I cannot keep signed in. If I go out of BT mail and then back in again then I have to sign in again. I went onto bt chat about 2 weeks ago and was told that the problem would be resolved if I cleared browser history - it made no difference. I then contacted BT again on 14.8.19 and was told that the sign in box had been disabled for security reasons. That made no sense the box is still there to tick and does tick. My friends who are on BT mail can still tick the box and keep themselves signed in. We need someone from BT who is skilful enough to give us an answer to the problem.
Recently I have been able to tick 'keep me signed in' box again! Although it doesn't keep me signed in for days at least it saved doing it every 5mins

I've had exactly the same problem since the New look BT email. So frustrating!
