King's Cross Excahnge - Cabinet 16

Hi,

 

I live in Central London and am connected to the King's Cross exchange (Cabinet 16) and yet, incredibly, I still can't get BT Infinity.  

 

For over six months now, the OpenReach checker has just said that the exchange is 'Under Review'.  How long can it possibly take to review an exchange - can I please have some more information?

 

I'm in the middle of Zone 1 in one of the most densely populated areas in the UK, and yet I'm still stuck on glacially slow broadband speeds.

 

Please can I have some more substantial information than 'Under Review' as to when we can expect Infinity in this area?

this is a customer help customer forum and your post does not go to BT.  it is openreach that control the rollout of fibre to your exchange/cabinet  have you checked the BDUK website.  you can try openreach here  https://www.formwize.com/run/survey3.cfm?id=7214&embed
