I was wondering if anyone can help me;
I have recently received my YouView box and done the first time installation etc, but it will only ever find 40-60 channels, and won’t find BBC channels or the HD channels at all. I have tried retuning several times but with no luck whatsoever. I have tried two aerial cables and again, no difference. Yet when the aerial cable is plugged directly into the TV, it will find all channels!!
I am pulling my hair out here, and I don’t know what to do! Any advice? I moved to BT as I thought it would be problem free, but not been the case so far!
