Has anyone else had issues with there now tv package we ordered the broadband phone line and bt tv with now tv entertainment package everything is working fine apart from the now tv package keep getting told by bt it will be sorted this has been going on a month and still has not been sorted so still no now tv package
Everyone we speak with will not let us speak with a manager very frustrated with there customer service
