Family recently renewed with BT; approximately 3-4 weeks ago. Since renewal, ping is double what it was previously and considerably worse when performing activities such as gaming or streaming to the point that it's almost impossible due to the lag. Initially left it alone as thought it may fix itself after a period of time.
