Why is it taking so long for BT to fix the fault on our landline? We notified them on August 1st, they said it would be fixed by 6th August, nothing changed. Phoned them to be told they would send an engineer, and I should hear from them to arrange an appointment by 10th August. Still nothing, no communication. The fault has been registered, but can find no sign that the engineer has been booked - so frustrating!
