I have recently had fibre to the door installed. I had originally asked to have my land line removed as I don't use it anymore. According to my orders I will soon be switched over to VOIP. Why is this when I asked for my landline to be discontinued? Also will my bill be any less without a landline?
Thanks

you need to still pay line rental whether that is for fibre or copper otherwise you cannot receive internet however you can cease your calling package so you no longer can make or receive calls on your landline - package costs appear to be the same
