Over the last 10 days I have either had no line (phone has been dead) or the line has been crackling terribly. I have tried another phone and the same problem occurs. Also my broadband keeps dropping in and out. Could someone recommend a solution or get an engineer to see what the problem is please. **Edited by Mod**
