Landline usage

I have 500 minutes free per month.

I have had an email saying I have used them all and they will refresh on 20th April.

I have logged into It Be which says I have 50 minutes remaining and refreshes on 24th Aptil.

Which one is right?

I have been trying to find out how to monitor my 500 minutes. What is the It Be you mention? I'll let you know how I get on with billing at the end of my first month on this package!

Hi. You have to have BT Broadband, then it comes under Landline Deals. Hope you find it.

BT changed their broadband packages a few months ago and they no longer include any calls.  If you want to include calls in your package then that is extra.  One of add-on is 500minutes  but at a cost not free
