Large files wont backup

I've successfully backed up a large number of files.  However, I have a large movie file that will not complete the backup sync and this is holding back all subsequent backup files in the queue.  I'm using latest BT Cloud app on Mac Sierra 10.12.6.

 

 

Any ideas?

Still waiting for Bt Cloud Helpdesk, in the meantime I'm posting this found on another thread so I have the number to call whilst watching the backup continuously fail.... 🙂

The direct number for the Cloud helpdesk 0800 500 3114 9am to 9pm Mon - Fri. 9am to 6.30pm Sat and Sun and they'll be able to assist with any technical issues with your cloud service.
