Re: Latency Type Change Request - Interleaved to Fast Please

Hey there, I'm a Infinity user. When I First got the infinity installed I was getting 11ms ping and now I'm getting around 50ms 😕

unfortunately unlike ADSL latency cannot be changed on Infinity as it is controlled by the DLM and BT have no control over changing latency all you can do is wait and hope the DLM moves you back to fast path

What device does the Homehub5 plug into on the WAN side?
Some sort of modem?

Why are you using a modem? The HH5 has a modem built-in.
