Nah sorry mate, nothing I could do myself. It got a bit better after speaking to a mod on here, then got worse again, now its a bit better but still spikes here and there. Hope you can get it fixed, so frustrating.
It one day just fixed itself after complaining on this forum, think its something to do with the routing. Try get the attention of someone here.
Wish it was just routing - from what we could figure out it was just traffic management forcing non-latency-sensitive streaming packets ahead of latency-sensitive game packets 😕

Would rather go with internet that goes down few times a week, than high ping/high jitter gaming all the time. I know that everyone except Virgin just uses Openreach lines, so its something on BT's side.
