Short test just now with 0.5secs intervals. It is evident when the 4k streaming kicks in although the ping is nowhere near as high as I was previously getting
A mod got this fixed for me. Looks like they have changed my routing to either a less busy route or a through a route that doesn't have this hidden traffic management in place. Either way, it's fixed now.

Hi @Daveronan I'm really sorry about the delay getting back to you, we're very busy in the mod team at the moment. I can see your details in our queue and we will get back to you as soon as you reach the top of our list which will likely be at some stage tomorrow. Once again sorry about the delay.
Okay thanx
I decided to email the ceo at bt last night, this morning I got a call regarding the issues and the email I sent from a guy in England.Hes told me there goin to switch my Ip profile tonight and hopefully it should fix the issue.Hes also told me he will be handling my case from now on and not the Indian call centres which is a relief.Fingers crossed this will fix the issue. Was also refunded some money for the lack of service.

Glad your issue is sorted.Mine isn’t it doesn’t seem like the ip reset has worked it’s just as bad as it was before 😩
