We have a fibre leased line in Norden House, Basing View, Basingstoke RG21 4HG, but have been without a leased line all day. Interoute have advised that the problem has been referred to carrier ( = BT OPenReach), but after 7 hours we still have no resolution and no leaded line.
We understand our SLA is for a fix within 4 hours.
Please enlighten me. Our clients have SLAs with us and we will be inbraech of our SLA with them as well.

This is a BT customer to customer residential forum so we cannot help you.
Your issue is with Interoute, your SLA is in their realm, they are the only ones who can assist you.
BTW, just as a matter of interest. What is a leaded line?
Hi @David_Johnston as per @pippincp's advice you will need to take up your concerns directly with your provider Interoute.
Openreach operate independently from BT consumer and they have no involvement in this community. Openreach can only deal directly with the provider who owns the service so any complaints you have with your service or SLA need to be made to Interoute.
