Hi. I recently placed an order to upgrade to Infinity. A couple of days later I got a text and email saying that there was a problem with my order and I would be contacted today 2/4/14. Nobody had rung me by 1930, so I went and used online chat. I was called and put through to the relevant department. After being on hold I was cut off after 20minutes as the dept was shut.
I then spoke to another online chat person, who seemed to think I had the equipment. They advised me to call in tomorrow, if BT can't be bothered to call me when stated then its a sad day. This isn't the first time BT have made a mess of an order I have placed.
When I check online it appears that all parts of my order are ok, except the engineer appointment.
The way in which BT treats its customers never ceases to amaze me.
