Line Rental Saver rip off

My line was recently switched to BT on 17th October. I paid up front for the Line Saver deal. However, on my bill it says the Line Saver deal has been applied for 1 year from 4th October, 2 weeks before I had any BT services!!! What a rip off, as I have effectively been charged by BT for a service I didn't even have.

If you have had no service in that time then it is wrong.

i have used it before and and give it top marks for ease of use.

 

If you still cannot get anywhere with this problem, please get back in touch with the forum and we can escalate it to the next stage .

It should be an easy matter of BT applying a credit of £7.30 to your next bill to make up for the 2 weeks worth you will loose out on.

 

I dont expect BT will see it that way though and will say phone back next year...
