Line cord error on BT Elements 1k

Both my BT Elements 1k hand sets have line cord error showing for no apparent reason.

Landline and socket are all good, tested with another handset.

Any suggestions?

Try removing the power from the base unit for about 30 seconds.

Thank you for the reply, yes, tried that  and removed the battery from the phone.

Still getting Line cord error 😞

All you can do is to call the product helpdesk to see if they have any suggestions.
