Yes once your line is stable again yorcspeed will start to improve but the most important thing is a constant connection and no restaarts

will it ever go back up yo the initial 10.8 Mbps or was that unstable for my line, thus the drops?

 

This is the last question i will bother you lot with, if the speed has dropped due to the restarts and phone issue, this isnt permanent is it? The line will eventually settle at what is best/most stable?

hi you already have a 10.8 mb connection at the moment as your hub stats show
As Keith has posted your noise margin has room to reset and that could also cause an increase in your connection speed

my line was upgraded about a month ago - speed a bit better   However recently my connection fails after I receive a phone call so not sure what to do ?   Mike
