Hi, If possible could I ask one of the Moderators to check on the progress of a Line Fault I reported to BT a week ago? I have tried through live chat and calling BT but i'm going round in circles. I was going to private message one of you but thought i would ask first..

Thank you for taking my call today. I've spoke to Openreach and they've advised me that dig work and traffic management is needed to repair the fault. They've submitted a request as expect to have an update by the end of the week. I'll get back to you as soon as I know more.
