Line speed and attenuation

Hi, I've had my line repaired today after being without service since the 17th January.

I have checked my connection speed on the HH5 and can see it is synced at a slower speed than it should be.

I have googled the best line attenuation and noise margin, but get different answers. Some say higher the better, others say lower.

Should I be expecting more from my connection with these results.....?

Any help would be great.

Re: Line speed and attenuation

Why's your hub only been up for 1 1/2 hrs?

Re: Line speed and attenuation

This was taken about 5pm, i've only just got around to posting it. 1 1/2hrs is A LOT better than it has been recently, noise on the line before today was shocking. I was not staying connected for longer than a few minutes each time.

Re: Line speed and attenuation

Bit of a misnomer that @imjolly as VDSL is also copper.

Op have you tried connecting to the test socket with a filter? Is there any noise on your line 17070 option 2, any noise report a line fault con't mention broadband.
