bump, exactly the same situation, neighbours (less than 20mtrs away)can get a fibre product but i cant, even though i have a very solid 10mb adsl connection on a good quality line
Hi John46, here are my results, does this help?
My question is really how i would go about 'appealing' BT's decision for my line, however they have calculated it?
Hi davidf2012,
Have you checked to see if you are fed from the same cabinet ?
If not, enter the respective Tel. Nos. here http://www.dslchecker.bt.com/adsl/ADSLChecker.TelephoneNumberOutput to see which cabinet you are fed from
hi, yes it is definatly the same cabinet i have checked, i am convinced that i would get a decent fibre service but as the op says, just outside the limit and wondering if there is anything that can be done to get the computer to say yes.
