Link 2 home hub 5's together to extend wifi range.

Hi

I have been reading many, many post on here (and everywhere else I can find) but still can't find the answer, so I hope someone here can help with a step by step plan.

I have BT broadband in my house with a home hub 5
I have run an (exterior grade) earthenet cable out to the garage (about 50m up the garden)
I have put connectors on each end of the cable
I have another (spare) BT home hub still in its box in the garage.

What now?

The broadband signal does not reach the garage, so I thought it may be possible to connect my spare home hub 5 to the other end of the cable and use it as a wifi extender or something like that.

I use my garage as an office sometimes so if it's possible I really would like to have wifi there, to get emails.

Is this possible?

Thank you
