We have put together a short survey to capture your feedback in terms of what BT can do when you experience home Wi-Fi issues. We would appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete a short survey. Read more from here, Fix my home Wi-Fi
I am unable to log in and make use of (i) BT email or (ii) BT Wifi
I can succesfully log-in to the main BT site via MyBT using my BT username (numbers and letters -- not an email address) and password. From here I am able to check my bill etc.
(i) If I try to check my e-mail via the e-mail icon next to My BT, I am logged out and the following message appears:
We were unable to log you in to your email.
Please check you are using your correct email password.
If you still see this message, please try again later.
Go back to BT.com >
Back to log in"
If I log back in and see the inclusive extras associated with my Broadband package, I can see the e-mail section is 'active'
I can also Go to My Inbox from here. Although this is a clumsy and longwinded method of access
How can I link my BT User ID log in to my email address (which is already set up as my Favourite)
This is a puzzle to me. Thanks for any help!
Thanks for the swift reply.
When I look at the Manage my emails, I can't see an option to 'Add to BT ID'
(Just a list of three emails, two no longer active one active and indicated as my favourite)
