I have been trying to load the MyBT Mobile App and the latest Met Office App.
I am invited to get it from Google Play. I have a log on which is fine.
When I hit the Green 'Install' button my phone thinks for a bit then gives a message 'You have no devices'
The operating system on the phone is 8.1.
I did see in the Mobile help pages something about 'if your phone does not have an adequate operating system you will not be able to see the app. Is this something I need to address?
Thanks

Hi
Looking it up on google it seems a common issue, apparently its about google play linking the device to your account.
I have just had a quick look and you can find solutions on google including a few you tube clips.
Thanks Dean.
I have found a likely script and tried it out but Google says 'Oops, hit a problem try later' which I will do.
Hi Dean.
The saga continues.
I eventually got onto the Google forum. A lady on that told me that Google Play has Apps for Android phones but NOT Windows phones which mine is. I contacted the Met Office about their weather app and low and behold they have discontinued support on their Windows App. Can the same possibly be true for the MyBT App which I still cannot load.
@RogerLyons The My BT app requires an Apple or Android smartphone or tablet with the following minimum operating system.
iPhone 4s or iPad2 and above on iOS 8.1 or later
Android smartphone or tablet on Android 4.4.3 or later
Thanks to Niel and Dean.
Tried to 'Accept as Solution' but that took me to a help page.
Obviously still 'Aspiring'
Best Wishes
