Just so I'm not eating my words at a later date, I've marked it for telephone contact only
I am locked out of my btinternet mail in a login loop. Says that my password is incorrect when it is not. Have had no emails for over a week.
if you click on your name no option to contact you cones up.
Already had had to change password twice today...
(a) You have to be invited to contact the mods before tghe link is visible
(b) I notice you are posting via mobile, you will only see the link on the full site.
I would just like to know someone is working on this. No emails for a week. Or, could someone suggest a way round it for now. Maybe no password check at all? (if it's private email, on a private computer, I'd take the risk...)
