Total frustration with BT at moment. Email Account is now being compromised two or three times a day. Tried to explain to Indian Lady who told me no problem with my account and couldn't / wouldn’t accept that BT was sending me text messages (64364) to confirm Account was compromised nor the BT emails that the account was secure after I changed passwords. At the moment I have the full 10 sub accounts some of which I am completely unable to delete, BT India have tried as well to no avail. This morning I lost the ability to “Manage my BT accounts”. Have tried to explain to level 2 Tech but simply not listened to. Please can somebody help.

I'm still needing to reset the passwords 3 times a day - any news on a fix yet?
I am still in the same situatiojn. Can log in after a pqassword change for about half an hour and then it will not work again, so I have to enter another password. When I use outlook, it tells me that all is OK, and sends a test message. If I then log in to Web malil, it says too many failed log ins. BT tells me its not their responsibility to tell me how to set up uotlook, but it all worked until they changed things at their end. I am now going tpo put in an official complkaite in writing and hope to get a reply or at least a solution. I have had one of their email specilists ring me, but no laqsting solution given. In view of the fact thatit is their **bleep** up, I reckon they should tell us how to fix it.
