Just to update you and the other Mods, I had to do (yet another) password reset yesterday noon, since when everything has been behaving itself.
24 hours and no more problems, maybe it's fixed . . .

"touch wood" i also have been able to keep access without the need to reset the password every other hour, for the last 24 hours. So hopefully it's sorted now.

Mine's still not working. (Perhaps they're being fixed one at a time...) Still get 'incorrect password' message, regardless of resets, and trying to get in via a roundabout way. Please fix, someone!
Have you tried logging in through BT.com/mail? It should take you through the online recovery process. Let me know if it does. Don't reset the password before trying this please.
I tried logging in like this, but it first refused my password, then said my security info was wrong! (My date of birth etc.?? Most definitely correct!) I'm fed up....
