I've posted this separate to an earlier subject on problems logging into BT email becuase i think it is a bit different to other problems i have read on that one, but Mods feel free to join this to previous subject if you feel it should be.
I can log into my email account on my laptop, every time, no problems. When i try to log in to my email account on my two desk top PC's it rejects and sends back to login screen every time (it doesn't give the wait 15 minutes message no matter how many attempts i make).
Checked for updates etc.. Changed password several times, same result everytime.
Has anybody else had this? It has just started today, been trying for 3 hours now.
Reading further down on the previous subject about logging in problems, BT do not appear to be responding/dealing with this problem. I have had my email account for over 20years, everybody i deal with on email knows this address, i really don't want to start all over again with a new account.
I've got the same problem too. When I go to log in it asks for the correct details in a red square. I got BT to send me a new password, they sent me a 4 diget code to change the password for a new one and I still can't log in!
Looks like it is a BT issue, they will fix it, I have same problem.
Phone email app accessing BT email appears to be working OK but that has been logged in since yesterday. But using a PC web browser this morning to login to BT email receive the same problem red box indicating unrecognised email address or password issue.
These 'logging in to e-mail' problems.
I've found that changing my browser from Firefox to Edge [Windows 10] solves the problem.
That might be a clue to the cause.

I have tried different browsers also but still no joy.
I get the big red box like others have described also.
I do not use VPN.
Similar issue here - cannot log in with Firefox, can log in with Chrome. Same laptop, same IP, no VPN.
Same problem. Cannot log in to email or even My BT through PC.
BT Cloud still working though and can access that.
Odd thing is can still access my mail through my Ipad.

It happens on my two email addresses and on my partner's email address also.
Have tried to phone BT but after 30 mins waiting to speak with someone I gave up.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AS CLEARLY THERE ANY MANY PEOPLE WITH THE SAME ISSUE THANKS
