I could tell you but unfortunately I have been asked not to post any more messages!

Unable to log in to webmail

Trying to access my email accounts online using https://home.bt.com/login/loginform

My main email and all sub accounts all have the same error message:
Please check you entered your username and password correctly and try again. If you need help remembering your username or password you can use the links below.

I am using the correct passwords, and all email accounts are working fine  in Thunderbird client

Anyone know what the problem could be ?

Re: Unable to log in to webmail

First thing to try is clearing your browsers history and cookies. If that does not work try another browser.

If you have a VPN try turning it off and if you have BT Web advisor try turning it off.

It might also be worth reading through the other thread about this problem.

Re: Unable to log in to webmail

RESOLVED!

Turns out it is a problem with the MacAfee Web Adviser extension. Ironically, this is a feature provided by BT so you'd expect it to be compatible!

@gg30340 Thanks for your advice. I had already fixed this before reading your post

Re: Unable to log in to webmail

I have never had MacAfee WebAdviser... Refreshing Firefox worked for me and two of my friends.
