If I replace my Home Hub 5 on BT Infinity with a third party router, what login details should I use? Some posts, which are now almost 5 years old, suggest that they should be:
bthomehub@btbroadband.com with a password either blank or “BT”.
However, the “Helpdesk” page of the Home Hub 5 itself states that the “Broadband username” is:
[my landline number]@btbroadband.com with no evidence of a password.
Which should I use?
