Login failure from browser

For what seems like a couple of weeks now Ive been experiencing intermittent problems signing into my btyahoo email account from browsers on my laptop. It kicks me off the platform regularly and asks me to sign in again, but leaves the following error message when I do....

"Sorry. We're experiencing a temporary problem with Email and are working to fix it as soon as possible. Please try again later. Sorry if this causes any inconvenience."

I am still able to access email from my phone.

Are there any known issues at the moment that might be causing this?

There are always issues with BTYahoo email. 

Some other users have reported that they are logged out and having to log on more frequently than "normal". 

The "normal" log out time for inactivity is 20 minutes.

The problem is not that my email session 'times out' after 20 minutes but that I can no longer get access at all to my emails from the browser on my computer. I can access on my phone however.

When I sign in fromk the browsers on my computer I get the following message "

Sorry

We're experiencing a temporary problem with Email and are working to fix it as soon as possible. Please try again later.

Sorry if this causes any inconvenience."

This happens on both browsers on my computer and on a third browser I just checked on my mothers laptop also.

Any thoughts?, this situation has been going on for a while now.

How are you trying to access your emails on your browser, what are you clicking on?
