they either contact you by phone or email they are based in Northern Ireland are normally signed BTCare Community Mod

Well no other messages yet other than the one detailed in my earlier post.

I have resubmitted the ticket in the hopes I did something wrong and maybe it went to the wrong place so I guess another three days wai, though it is starting to seem hopeless.
